Baseball All Stars - Tiger Electronics Handheld
Overview:
This 1990 LCD hand held was made by Tiger Electronics and is a officially licensed Major League Baseball game. With the MLB license came the real All Star team rosters, player uniform numbers and basic stats from the 1989 season. The stats only consist of earned run average for pitchers and batting average for hitters. It should also be noted that during the team selection part of starting a new game there is the option of tweaking the starting line up of your all star squad. The sub feature allows you to move players around in the batting order or bench them for one of the reserves.
I don't have the manual for this game so I'm not sure if the stats factor in at all with your little LCD players in game performance. Such as a slugger being more prone to hit a home run then the reserve pitcher you subbed into the cleanup position.

Planet Fish for the Nintendo Wii. Available via Wii Ware for 500 Wii Points.
Planet of Fish is a simple Wii Ware game in which you travel side to side in a "Pocket Sub" collecting different fish with some type of grappling bubble system. Shoot out a bubble using the constantly swinging pendulum like aim and hope your timing is correct enough to encase the desired fish. Then reel the fish back into the sub by holding down the A button. I must admit at first it felt more like I was piloting a underwater UFO and was abducting the poor fish with my space ships tractor beam. But once you get the capture system down you're find yourself being able to tease and make smaller corrective movements to get the bubble in just the right spot to grab that lone holdout hiding in a rock crevice. Grey Nintendo World Championship Game No. 0081 has just went up on Ebay for a Buy it Now of US $10,000.00. Only 90 of these grey carts were made for the Nintendo World Championship's back in 1990.
Update: Not long after this listing went live the seller pulled it down and removed the Best Offer option. Looks like there was at least one official offer that was declined. I'd expect at this price the seller will be getting many more messages through Ebay about a lower selling price.
