In 1991 a Korean company called Sis Co made this unlicensed Dr. Mario clone for the Sega Master System. Looks and plays like Dr. Mario for the NES. There's a copy at auction on AU ebay with 3 days remaining. Bidding is up to $12 USD. Something rare to add to your Sega Master System game collection.

Dr. Hello - The prescription is fun.

It's Dr. Hello for an intense new challenge!
Dr. Hello throws multi-colored vitamin capsules into a bottle that contains an ugly variety of nasty viruses.
You can move, shift, or spin the capsules as they fall. Arrange them to align with other capsules on top of the virus. If you can get 4 or more of the same color in a row, POOF! They disappear!
Destroy all of the viruses in the bottle and you progress to the next round where things get even more difficult.

Sega Radica 6in1

Another Plug n' play console revisit is the Sega Genesis Radica, this ones a little different because most of the components sit in a miniature genesis system. Amazon thinks its takes batteries but the ebay auction lists it as having AC power. Maybe it has both.

The one currently on ebay looks to be in pretty good shape, with some tag residue on the controller. The Sega Genesis Radica has been released in several different versions. Including a streetfighter one.
