The Atari Flashback 2 was released in 2005 and has a design similar to the classic 2600 console, although it is much smaller and lighter than the classic version! The Flash Back 2 plug-n-play Atari system comes with two joysticks and about 40 classic games to have your own personal flash backs with!
Because of the way it was made the Flashback 2 runs games just like a 2600 console, one thing to be aware of is all the games are built into the system and you can not load separate game carts. |

-To date theres been three revisions of the Flashback 2. 0X, A, C. Most changes deal with voice syth
-With a little know how you can add a cartridge port to the Flashback 2.

-Atari bundled a Free Pong T-shirt when you bought it from Atari's online store.
-in 2005 the Flashback2 cost $40-30 dollars. On ebay you can find them today for $15-$25 new in box. Most used FB2 consoles will still have the box and be lightly played with.
To unlock the secret game easter egg go to the main menu do the following combination of joystick movements.
Up 1, Down 9, Up 7, Down 2. This spells out 1972, the year Atari got things started. This will unlock Warlords and Super Breakout.
The unlockable game Warlord is a 4 player one if you can get enough paddle controllers together and a matching number of Atari fans.
